About the Parish Carnival

For almost 40 years, the parish carnival has attracted people from Horsham and the surrounding area as a fun-filled summer event for all ages. St. Catherine’s is proud to host such a great family event in our community and we are excited about having the parish carnival again this year!

Rides are being provided by S & S Amusements. Just like last year, there will be plenty of  THRILL RIDES! We also have plenty of rides for the youngest carnival goer, but the bravest of thrill seekers will be pleased with what they find!

FAQ's

When will the parish carnival be held?

The 2013 Carnval will be held June 11th through June 15th, 6pm-11pm, and is being chaired by Glenn Kaiser.

How do I become a sponsor?

Sponsorship packages have been developed and are available at various levels. As you already know, Horsham’s families, neighbors, businesses and friends have supported this carnival for almost 40 years. Families with children come to play arcade games and ride the carnival rides. Adults come for the live entertainment, food court and beer garden, and to connect with neighbors and friends.  The carnival offers something for everyone – kids, teens, families and adults. This event gives your company an opportunity to reach a captive and very receptive audience by becoming a 2013 Carnival Sponsor.  Please contact Glenn Kaiser via email, bug14k@comcast.net for more information.

How Can You Help?

Volunteer your time: We can use your help soliciting donations, planning and installing decorations, setting up before the event and in many other areas. Whether you can spare the time to ask for donations now or you can help us during the week itself we would be grateful for any time you can give. We are also in need of someone with event/marketing skills to ensure that we can maximize the amount of people that we reach leading up to the event, please contact Glenn via email at, bug14k@comcast.net or  contact us  if you can volunteer your time and talents.

Contribute: We encourage you to request donations from local businesses that you frequent, and to ask your friends and families if they can help us.

Come to the party and enjoy: We will send you more information through the bulletin and the website as the parish carnival draws closer. We encourage you to invite your colleagues, friends, and families to join us for the week. It's more fun when you bring a crowd and it's a great way for prospective families to learn more about our parish.

We are excited about the chance to top our fund raising records from previous years and we are looking forward to a terrific week with food, games, entertainment and friends!
