In partnership with parents, the primary religious educators of their children, the parish staff and volunteer catechists seek to foster the faith formation of our parish children attending public schools. The Archdiocese of Philadelphia Religion Curriculum Guidelines provide the direction for teaching the truths of our Faith and what they mean as we strive to communicate the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. Even if your children have been away from religious education for a period of time we encourage you to contact us for more information. Our classes meet as follows:
Kindergarten through Sixth Grade
Monday evening from 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m and a Sunday morning session 9:55 a.m. to 11:10 a.m., September through May.
Please let us know if your child has any special needs so we can work together to provide a good faith experience.
Our Parish Religious Education Program also includes the Sacramental Preparation for First Penance, First Eucharist and Confirmation for all children of the parish.

Our Parish Religious Education Program (CCD) is in need of a few more catechists (teachers). Qualifications include being a practicing Catholic, having a desire to share your faith, and being comfortable with a group of children. You may even consider team-teaching with a friend or spouse. Training and support are provided.
Also needed are classroom aides to partner with children with special needs and just to help out in larger classes (high school students are welcome). Please consider sharing your time and talent and join us in our mission to guide our parish children in forming a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
