I will be entering my third year of formation with the Capuchin Franciscan friars. It is a religious order who follows the rule of Saint Francis with attention to contemplation and fraternity. I will be going to Catholic University to get a Masters in Social work. I will also take 3 theology class while I am there as well. I will be called a student friar while I spend my years at Catholic College in Washington D.C. The ministry I will be a part of this year will be helping out an African American parish in Baltimore, MD called Saint Ambrose.
I will pray for you and the parish as it continues to grow into the image of Christ.
Joseph Morton OFM Cap.
